The New Beginning

Yo, whats up people,

This is going to be my temporary blog site while I am having my other one completed. Things don't always go as planned but someone told me not to wait for the stars to align.

So I decided not to wait till they align and instead opted to PUSH THE HELL OUT OF THEM into alignment. You can't wait for the perfect time. There is no such thing as perfection, but there is such a thing as striving for greatness and excellence.

Well here it is ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, whimps, chimps and GORRILLAS. Your source for inspiration, excellent training and plain ol good ol fashion advice you can use everyday to become the best at your sport. And don't get it twisted, your sport can be whatever you decide it is. It can be cleaning the house, babysitting the children or studying and going to school or whatever you want it to be as long as you make a conscious effort to be the best you you can be.

So don't complain
go out there and train.
Don't whine,its all in ya mind.
Do your best, cuz that boys n girls is the true test.
