I may have not made it to the Big Show(Major League Baseball) the way I intended to, but I have been visiting both the Chicago Cubs and Chicago White Sox clubhouses lately. And since both teams have been doing really great so far, it has carried over and you can see it in the way they carry themselves.
As a coach and sports conditioning trainer I have been watching the players during pregame and warmup to see how they prepare for the game and the more I watch them the more I see the value in what I teach the young ball players I that I coach during the summer.
I have been involved in baseball and training for a long time now and I see the importance in conditioning and performance that it has in a player's game.
So I decided to take my coaching a notch further. I am going to start planning and organizing some clinics and camps throughout the city soon. That way coaches and players, fathers, mothers, sons and daughters can all come to learn how to become better ball players and improve their game while on their journey to the Big Show.
